The Office of International Cooperation at the Faculty of Natural Sciences successfully held another “Lunchtime Talk” on Monday, September 16, 2024.

We had the honor of hosting Professor Caroline Da Ros Montes D’Oca, PhD in Chemical Sciences from the Federal University of Paraná, Brazil, and a CAPES-PrInt scholarship holder.

In front of full audience, forensic science was presented as a field that permeates our daily lives in various ways, from food and medicine to technology and transportation. The examples of good practices showcased how science collaborates with diverse organizations and institutions, including police forces, the pharmaceutical industry, the food sector, and others.

Lunchtime Talks with distinguished guests create opportunities for international cooperation and open doors to new global initiatives.
