The 29th edition of SymBioSE (Symposium for Biology Students in Europe) will bring together all level biology students from across Europe to share research, attend lectures, participate in workshops, and engage in cultural exchange. This year’s symposium is organized by students from the University of Latvia and Bulduru Technical School.

Key Program Highlights:

🔬 Scientific Program – Research presentations, poster sessions, guest lectures, and interactive workshops led by experts in various biological fields.
🌍 Social & Cultural Activities – Country presentations, networking opportunities, and social events to connect with students from different backgrounds.

Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic has currently 11 OPEN PHD POSITIONS! 

For the PhD programme we accept students who:

• have successfully completed a master’s degree or an engineering degree in biology, chemistry, medicine, veterinary medicine or other fields,
• wish to pursue cutting-edge research in molecular, cellular or developmental biology, immunology, genetics or virology,

Informativni centar Fondacije Tempus organizuje vebinar namenjen studentima svih nivoa studija na državnim i privatnim visokoškolskim ustanovama u Srbiji koji su zainteresovani za učešće u Erazmus+ studentskim razmenama i praksama u inostranstvu.

Tokom vebinara, studentima će biti predstavljeni uslovi učešća, visina i obuhvat stipendija, potrebna dokumentacija i način prijave. Vebinar se održava u ponedeljak, 20. januara od 16 do 17 časova. Zaučešće na vebinaru, potrebno je da se popuni kratak prijavni formular najkasnije do 20. januara u 12 časova.

SERP is two year joint master’s programme in chemistry, physical-chemistry and materials science together with entrepreneurial skills.

Conducted entirely in English, program is delivered by a consortium of four universities in Europe: Paris-Saclay University (France), University of Genoa (Italy), University of Porto (Portugal), Adam Mickiewicz University (Poland) and McGill University (Canada).

The SERP program aims to train students in rapidly developing areas related to renewable energies, green chemistry, nanosciences, nanomedicine, innovative materials, and radiation applications. The training is strongly connected to topmost research developments and facilities. Beyond the scientific training, the program offers a winter school in data sciences and AI, and a summer school focused on entrepreneurial skills and startup development.

To support talented students, the program provides 20 full Erasmus Mundus scholarships (1,400€/month for two years plus fee waiving) and 10 partial scholarships covering tuition fees.

The deadline for submission is March 16th, 2025. In parallel, bursaries for scholars are available for the institutions the most active to collaborate with the consortium.

Povodom Osmog poziva talentovanim mladim istraživačima studentima doktorskih akademskih studija za uključivanje u naučnoistraživački rad u akreditovanim naučnoistraživačkim organizacijama, koji je raspisao Ministarstvo nauke, tehnološkog razvoja i inovacija, Prirodno-matematički fakultet u Novom Sadu organizuje Otvorena vrata za kandidate – istraživačke pripravnike.

Kandidati će biti informisani o mogućnostima koje PMF pruža mladim istraživačima za uključivanje u istraživanja i napredovanje u struci koju su izabrali i o otvorenim pozicijama koje su im na raspolaganju.

Best of South – East is an exchange programme that offers excellent students of their fields of study an exchange year at Graz University of Technology (TU Graz). Sponsored by Steiermärkische Sparkasse the scholarship offers students the time they need to concentrate on their studies.

The scholarship is € 1.000 each month for one academic year (2025/26).

Best of South – East students are students who are willing to pose questions every day anew; who are searching for innovative solutions; simply put: students who are striving to become the best they can be. The scholarship holders have the chance to get to know a different university setting, to exchange ideas and compete with their peers and moreover, improve their German skills in one of the offered German courses. An internship during the summer enables students to gain work experience. It often opens up career opportunities for the time after completing their degree programmes.

18. novembra 2024. godine, u prostorijama Departmana za matematiku i informatiku Prirodno-matematičkog fakulteta, održan je trening za pripremu i pisanje projekata iz programa IDEJE 2024 Fonda za nauku Republike Srbije.

Trening je obuhvatio pregled dostupnih poziva Fonda za nauku, specifičnosti tekućeg poziva IDEJE 2024, zahteve aplikacionog formulara, kriterijume za evaluaciju, primere uspešnih projekata sa PMF-a, kao i radionicu za identifikaciju zainteresovanih strana – krajnjih korisnika rezultata projekata u cilju očekivanog uticaja projekta (impact).

Učesnici treninga imali su jedinstvenu priliku da od profesorice Jelene Purać, koordinatorke projekta B-Health, čuju dragocena iskustva stečena tokom rada na projektu podržanom kroz program IDEJE. Njena prezentacija obuhvatila je ključne preporuke koje mogu olakšati rad budućim timovima na sličnim projektima.

Ovaj trening predstavlja važnu priliku za razvoj i usavršavanje priprema projektnih predloga, primenjljivih na različite pozive sa posebnim akcentom na Horizon projekte.

Trening predstavlja važan oslonac i podršku naučnim radnicima Fakulteta. Sproveden je u organizaciji Kancelarije za međunarodnu saradnju, vodila ga je Šef Kancelarije Gordana Vlahović.

Kancelarija za mlade Grada Novog Sada poziva sve zaiteresovane učenike/ce, studente/kinje i druge mlade da se prijave i posete konferenciju “Kako do veće zapošljivosti mladih – izazovi i prilike 2024.” koja se bavi razvijanjem usluga i mehanizama koje pospešuju preduzetnički duh, zapošljivost i zaposlenost mladih.

Konferencija se održava u ponedeljak, 18. novembra 2024. godine, od 12.00 časova, u Amfiteatru Rektorata Univerziteta u Novom Sadu.
