Call for Students: Erasmus+ BIP “Internet of Things and 3D Printing” (2026)

Students are invited to take part in the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) “Internet of Things (IoT) and 3D Printing” hosted by the University of Novi Sad, in collaboration with the University of Porto (and partner institutions within EUGLOH 2.0).

The programme is designed for Bachelor and Master students who are beginners in IoT and connected devices, and who have basic computer and/or programming skills. Participants who successfully complete the programme will receive 3 ECTS.

Programme format and dates

  • Virtual part: 13 April – 15 May 2026
  • Physical part (Novi Sad, Serbia): 18 – 22 May 2026

Topics

The BIP introduces core concepts and hands-on practice in:

  • Arduino and ESP32 microcontrollers
  • networking and IoT services (incl. cloud components)
  • data collection and basic analysis
  • 3D design and 3D printing for prototyping IoT devices

How to apply

Applications are processed through students’ home institutions (Erasmus+ KA131 BIP short-term mobility grant). The home institution nominates candidates to the organisers at UNS.

  • Nomination deadline: 30 January 2026
  • Required nomination documents: CV, transcript of records, short motivation letter (incl. level of programming/computer skills), proof of English proficiency

Selected participants are expected to bring a laptop capable of running Arduino IDE.

Practical information

The University of Novi Sad will provide one meal (lunch) during the physical part, as well as study materials, equipment use and costs related to the cultural programme, including a welcome dinner. Travel and accommodation are covered by participants from their Erasmus+ grant.
