Degree studies refer to a mobility period at the host university in order to acquire a degree from that host university.
When on degree studies, students are registered at the host university as degree students. When applying for degree studies, students have to fulfill all the requirements of the host university. Students do NOT have to make a Learning Agreement.
The documentation which the student needs to provide in order to apply for a student exchange varies from programme to programme, but most of them will require the following documentation:
- Transcript of records, translated in English (by a certified court interpreter)
- Proof of registration at the home university
- CV
- Motivation statement
- Copy of passport
- Language certificate
- Proof of graduation, translated in English (for MA and PhD applicants)
- Recommendation letter(s) from professors
Make sure that you are aware of the required documentation and leave enough time to gather it.
