Stipendije Nemačke fondacije za životnu sredinu (DBU) – 2024

Nemačka fondacija za životnu sredinu (Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt – DBU) dodeljuje stipendije za praksu ili istraživački boravak u trajanju od 6 – 12 meseci u organizacijama u Nemačkoj – univerziteti, instituti, ministarstva, nevladine organizacije. DBU Program stipendija podržava najširi spektar struka pri čemu predlog projekta mora biti u oblasti zaštite životne sredine, ekologije, održivog razvoja, klimatskih promena ili obnovljivih izvora energije.

Horizon Europe project Restore4Life launches a Call for Associated Regions

Restore4Life (GA number: 101112736) has recently launched its Open Call for Associated Regions

Restore4life is looking for at least 5 Associated Regions to prepare roadmaps, plans, and projects to restore wetland ecosystems in their region with up to 100 000 Euros per project to create new opportunities and collaborations that will shape the future.

We are looking for at least 5 Associated Regions  that we can provide with technical assistance to use the outcomes and knowledge of Restore4Life to prepare roadmaps, plans, and projects to restore wetland ecosystems in their region.

The aim is to share the results and knowledge of the project on an ongoing basis with the selected ‘associated regions’ and to provide them with scientific and technical support for the implementation of wetland restoration solutions in their territory. This will involve the twinning of each Associated Region with a similar demonstration site and the provision of technical advisory services necessary to prepare roadmaps, plans and projects to restore ecosystems in the associated regions addressing possible barriers and showing the feasibility of implementing innovative solutions.

Međunarodna studentska nedelja u Beogradu – ISWiB

Međunarodna studentska nedelja u Beogradu (International Student Week in Belgrade – ISWiB) je internacionalni festival koji se održava u Beogradu od 13. do 21. jula 2020.
godine i koji već dugi niz godina okuplja preko 250 studenata iz preko 50 država širom sveta. Ideja festivala je da se mladi u multikulturalnom okruženju bave najvećim
problemima današnjeg društva i da putem radionica koje se koriste raznim metodama pruže svoj doprinos rešavanju tih problema. Ove godine slavi 14. godinu postojanja i
pod sloganom „Keep going, keep growing“ studenti će moći da učestvuju u 10 zanimljivih radionica kao što su: mjuzikl, psihodrama, ekologija, start ap i druge. Fokus ovogodišnje konferencije jeste samoaktuelizacija, ohrabrivanje i priprema mladih za predstojeće promene, podsticanje da razvijaju sopstvenu ličnost i samopouzdanje, i time
postanu najbolja verzija sebe. Osim edukativnog programa, mladima se pruža mogućnost upoznavanja Beograda i razmena mišljenja sa svojim vršnjacima u ambijentu
oslobođenom od predrasuda, rasizma, ksenofobije, homofobije, nasilja i govora mržnje.
Učesnici će upoznati i stručnjake različitih profesija i biće podsticani na društveni aktivizam u sopstvenoj lokalnoj zajednici.

International Science Program for Integrative Research in Earth Systems (PhD and Postdoc positions)

Alfred Wegener Institute, Helmholtz Center for Polar and Marine Research (AWI) is recruiting 17 PhD candidates and 12 Postdocs to strengthen its new research program “Changing Earth – Sustaining our Future“.

Scholarships for summer courses of German language in Bavaria 2020

Students and young academics from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Slovenia and Ukraine with intermediate German knowledge (at least B1-level) are eligible to apply for the summer school grants for German language in Bavaria. The scholarships include the course fee, accommodation and a food allowance at a Bavarian University.

The application deadline is the 23rd of March 2020.

EuroEnviro 2020 in Graz, Austria

EuroEnviro is Europe’s biggest independent congress on environmental issues – organized by students for students. From 20th until 24th of April 2020 it will take place in Graz, Austria focussing on this year’s topic ‘Combating the Climate Crisis – A Systemic Approach’.

The application deadline is extended until January 31, 2020.

The conference provides a platform for interdisciplinary students from all over Europe to gain deep and multifaceted knowledge about the topic and to exchange visions for a greener future.
